Notes

Brief

Velmira makes a small ceramic device that sits on the nightstand and dims light, sound and temperature through the night. The founders did not want it to look like electronics. They asked for a brand that could sit in a bedroom without drawing attention.

Work

We drew a mark from two strokes, one for evening and one for morning, and kept everything else plain. The box is unbleached kraft printed in one ink. The guide inside is a single folded sheet. In the app we removed the charts and kept one number: the time you went to sleep.

  • Mark and type system
  • Box, tray and printed guide
  • App screens for the evening and the morning
  • Launch website and the photographs on it

Result

The device shipped in March 2026. The box is made from one material, so it goes in the paper bin.
