Notes

Brief

Wayfell plans trips that take longer on purpose: night trains, ferries, connections with time to walk around. The app had good routes and a generic look. The founders asked us to make it feel like the trips it sells.

Work

We built the identity from timetables: a narrow typeface, route lines and a palette taken from winter light. In the app every journey reads as one page, from the first train to the last ferry. We took the launch photographs on a real route, Oslo to Bergen, in four days.

  • Identity and route-line system
  • App design for iOS and Android
  • Launch photography and store screenshots

Result

The app launched in November 2025 with routes in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
